The terraced Hotel

A hybrid typology: Partly a cave house, partly under the earth, with levels overground and attics above, this hotel overlooks the pediplain and the bay of Vasiliki. Several room typologies expand among the 5 levels of the building.
The open spaces follow the natural relief and form zones of different qualities. A pool area, an open-air café, private gardens, and secluded terraces are scattered on a staircase-alike landscape.
