Located in the mountains of the island of Lefkada, this villa is designed to host a family. Ca 200 sq.m. expand on 3 levels (ground floor, 1st. floor, attic).
The house layout sees the home’s living, dining and kitchen area positioned on the ground floor, surrounded by a large terrace, which connects the house’s interiors to its surroundings. A master bedroom with a private bathroom on the same level serves as a more autonomous (guest) room. Two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the first floor and open up to private verandas. Above them, the attic offers an extra flexible space for the family to adjust to everyday needs.
